Ordered a double bacon burger with tots and got a single bacon burger with fries. Not only was my order wrong but they gave me less than what I paid for. Very disappointing.

They brought the correct stuff out! The need more help. It takes a while when you push the button.

Everything was fine until they forgot my fries

This was the fastest Sonic I think I have ever been to. Everything was as we ordered it and the staff was friendly and thorough! Great job!

We decided to go for some good sonic blasts and shakes. Turns out no one decided to work that day and had many people waiting to be answered at the parking stalls. After waiting for 15 minutes, I contemplated many life choices, like wondering if I should throw on a uniform and just make it myself but sadly I don’t work there.

I have been very happy with this location up until maybe 3 months ago when it seemed as though, customer service went downhill and quickly. I did notice they were hiring so it more than likely had to do with minimal staff. So I gave 4 stars in Hope's they will get it together. I'm sure they will!!

Got the #3 with jalepenos. They forgot my bacon but remedied the issue in a snap. Food was made to perfection. AND it took less then 5 minutes to bring it out.

They, were extremely busy and said shakes and other ice cream products would take longer, which I was fine with. They rushed the shake and it was like a soup with some frozen chunks in it. I usually love this location, but I'd rather them tell me that they couldn't make a chocolate shake at thre moment than rush it and still get charged for it.

They dont cook fresh burgers they have them sitting for hours on the grill till someone orders them than they have u sitting for 30 min to make em look fresh

I got the Buffalo popcorn chicken for the 1st time. Very good. The breakfast burrito and jalapeno burger still my favorites.

Their speciality drinks (Cherry limeade) and Sonic blast treats ( Snicker) are my favorite.

I just love sonics. But I'm terribly mad because you guys don't have anymore jolly ranchers! #bringbackjollyranchers. I always used to get a large watermelon slushie with extra strawberry and jolly rancher. 🙄😋

The meal was ok until my first bite which tasted as if i was eating just salt. So i spat it out. I tried one more bite but that was even more salted. It made me sick to my stomach. I was very disappointed and next time i visit San Marcos it definitely won't include this place.

The service was sloppy. Everyone there looks either stressed or overworked. That being said, the food was out quick and served hot and I was offered condiments. I asked for grilled onions and was given raw. I don't mind them, but I wanted grilled at that time. Overall... not the best. I've had better.

Great food great service and they were quick with getting the order out on top of everything Miss Sonic location has by far been the best that I have stopped at as the order was entirely correct.

It's tradition that we always stop here for ice cold cherry/strawberry limeades after a day on the San Marcos River and the service is always great.

Should probably train the workers to get the size and drink type correct. Doing one of these mistakes makes sense but both at a time is just annoying. Never going back to this one, anyway i like the one just down the highway because they dont make annoying mistakes like this.

Usually very prompt service...not this evening. Our server had our milkshake in her hand but decided to stop to talk to everyone before she finally got around to bringing it to us we ended up leaving because she took so long. Better luck tomorrow Candice

It's okay. Usually 1 or 2 things in our order are slightly wrong. And it's usually a shake. They have deep fried Oreos though so we keep coming back.

Had to wait 20+ minutes to have my order taken, just to be told the stall had a problem connecting to the inside and didn't tell them i had pressed the button. This is not a problem i understand things happen. However i asked if there was anyway the could compensate this because i waited for a ridiculous amount of time. They promptly responded that it wasn't their fault and that their is no way they could make my experience better.

We come here occasionally Food is average. Not horrible, not delicious. Kids stuff is cold, but that works because they can eat it right away. Great marketing I guess? I only get ocean water and kids get a juice box so that's hard to mess up. This is a basic review about a basic place. We usually only get drinks- Ice cream is pricey if I'm spending hella money on a milkshake, I would rather drop a few more cents and get unlimited mix ins down the road... Their tap water is awesome with extra ice.

Ordering was easy, the staff was courteous. We did not have to wait very long for the food after our order was placed. We also had several different ways to pay.

It's okay. Poor quality. Can spend the same on a burger at In-N-Out and have a way better time.

They don't answer the stall when you press the button. Took 20 minutes to get 2 PREORDERED shakes. At least they taste good but damn

Great location in San Marcos! My carhop Daisy was very helpful for me. I have a fractured wrist. The products are great, I had a sweet green tea. And at great prices! Definitely a good thing for hungry students, parents, professors, visitors and anyone on a budget. Highly recommended!

Place needs more staff. They were slammed and my buddy got a halfway filled large cup just because they were out of medium cups. Almost halfway filled our tot containers and didn't give me my route 44 or receipt. I wanted to get corrections but my buddy was done after almost half an hour.

Excellent place to go for those tasty drinks when you have a craving. This one was very busy but overall had drinks to my wife and I within 20 minutes.

I normally don't go to Sonic but when I do I always get a flavored sweet tea and all I ask is for the tea to be sweet when I get it, not partly sweet...but sweet! That's why I don't come as often. I enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich though!

Was referred here from the stonecreek store that closed early, and hours online conflicted with actual hours, only to find out that their card system was down and they were only taking cash, no cards. Sure it hurt their profit margin for however long this was occurring for. I would rate higher but I could not order at that point, most people don't carry cash anymore. Maybe I will at somepoint try this location again.

The food and service if good and you have a large choice of meals to choose from and finish off with something cool and refreash

Oh yeah sonic is always a plus. The service is good as hell too. They have no problem editing orders and such. Eat here with my girlfriend often
